I needed to get back to the gym safely. Approaching Sixty I was losing strength and both my shoulders had frozen in the previous few years. I have been doing personal training 1 on 1 with Celine for just over 6 months now and let me tell you, she is amazing!! I have been suffering with chronic back pain for many years now but with Celine’s knowledge in fitness and health, I am doing far better. Celine has excellent fitness programs that she switches up so there’s never a dull moment. She even does weekly health check-ins on your water intake, nutrition, sleeping, stress levels, pain levels, that kind of stuff and she actually listens and cares about you and really goes the extra mile. I have recently retired from a physical and mentally demanding career. For quite some time I had been in search for a good, qualified physical conditioning coach (personal trainer) as I found regular physiotherapy to be ineffective. Celine Leclair came highly recommended by a physical therapy professional I had recently been speaking with.
I signed on to a four month commitment with Celine at West Kelowna CrossFit. During that time, Celine had met everyone of my expectations and appreciations of what a personal trainer is and what she was able to do for me.
I attended my first session completely out of shape, over weight and full of body pain, especially in my back and neck. The true benefit of working with Celine was not only obvious by her knowledge and experience, but also came by her second profession as a nurse. She was able to read into what my body was not able to do and custom fit a program to get my body working and moving again. I was blown away by how much body motion and range she was able to get back for me in just under two months. And in addition to that, I started to lose a good portion of my pain.
While attending, I found Celine to be non intimidating and very well educated with the physical and mental operations of the body and its requirements, not to mention receiving top rate instruction and coaching. One of the things that impressed me the most was how I found Celine to take a personal and professional interest and concern for my well being and constantly adjusted custom fit workouts for me accordingly.
At the end of just a four month period of attending, I was amazed to find I had been gently nudged along, by solid coaching, and obtained all of my goals of becoming fit and pain free, without being physically or financially put out.

Our son Dyllan has been working with Celine for almost a year now. I can honestly say that he is the happiest when training with her. Dyllan has played tackle football since he was six years old, and recently made the tough decision to move away from the football field and into the gym. It was difficult because while he loved football, it was no longer a challenge for him, and he felt his coaches would not address this with him.
It was difficult finding a gym that would work with a 15 year old, but once we found Celine and West Kelowna CrossFit there was no going back. Dyllan was extremely hesitant because of his history with his football coaches, but almost immediately Celine won him over.
We have worked with coaches, trainers and kinesiologists over the past years, but Dyllan has never been so challenged nor supported in his journey to improve his overall strength. Celine goes to great lengths to connect with Dyllan and find things to keep him engaged. The knowledge that she has passed on to Dyllan from nutrition, hydration to proper form and patience has been invaluable.
Dyllan loves that his Personal Records are tracked and compared helping him to see gains and to keep motivated. My husband and I cannot believe the confidence Celine has helped to instill in Dyllan.

My work has resulted in several injuries with chronic pain in several areas.
Personal trainer Celine LeClair was recommended by a certified massage therapist to regain my much needed strength and to find relief from the pains.
Celine has worked with me since Mar 2023.
She is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and used her nurse training in diagnosing my joint or muscle pains and restrictions to prescribe a program of stretches and strengthening exercises.
She also worked with my physiotherapist and ultrasound and x-ray reports in the development of a program suited for me.
She works with me 1 hour per week in a crossfit gym and prepares schedules of exercises I can do at home.
She has been considerate and respectful in our interactions. She checks weekly on my hydration and nutrition habits and recommended relevant supplements.
As a result, most of my chronic pains have left. My knees no longer wake me at night with pain. My right shoulder has 3 partial torn tendons and 1 completely torn tendon. It was very painful and beyond surgical repair. I thought it was beyond hope but now it no longer keeps me awake at night and is useful again. The tears are still there but the surrounding muscles are compensating.
My lower back still experience pain but its much more tolerable.
For anyone in my situation, I strongly recommend supervision and direction from a personal trainer like Celine, or better yet, from Celine -----------Jeff Walker

Celine was recommended to me by my massage therapist. I had some previous injuries that were causing me problems and overall I was feeling very weak. It had been a long time since I’d been to any gym, so the idea of working out at a CrossFit gym was a bit intimidating! But I am so glad I went with Celine! She has a wealth of knowledge and worked with me where I was at to improve my problem areas and overall physical health. She created custom mobility sequences and workout plans that changed monthly. I’ve been working with her for a year and my physical health has improved significantly! I can dead lift and back squat, which I never thought I’d be able to do.
