(In Person) -Full health history and assessment. -Periodized program either 4 or 6 weeks, following the principles of progressive overload. -1:1 coaching and cueing -Available for extra support as needed $200/month 1x/week 1:1 $400/month 2x/week 1:1 $600/month 3x/week 1:1 or $60/hour |
Health Coach Program
(Online or In Person) -Full health, fitness, and nutrition assessment.
-Long term projected plan of action based off of individual goals. -Daily habits to develop. -Exercise and movement program using whatever equipment you have access to. -Nutrition plan based off of individual preferences. -Nutrition education and content. -Twice weekly online check ins. -Available for extra support as needed. 1 Month - $450 Additional $50/hr for 1:1 in person coaching |
